RecFetchAI™ is being designed to support HIPAA-aligned production controls. The current beta and demo environment are limited to non-PHI, simulated data only.
Do you sign BAAs?
Yes. All law firms will receive a Business Associate Agreement before submitting any PHI through the production platform.
What happens if the system goes down?
Redundant infrastructure and automated backups are designed to maximize uptime and maintain service continuity.
Is the beta free?
Yes. Early beta access is free for the first few firms while we validate and refine the workflow using simulated data only.
Does the demo process patient data?
No. The demo environment uses fictional data only and is intended solely to illustrate workflow.
